I believe each person is unique and has great worth. Whether you are at the beginning of your healing journey, somewhere in the middle or towards the end, finding a therapist can be overwhelming. I am here to support, encourage, validate, explore and discover with you. Life can be stressful and can also feed us lies, doubts and bring a concoction of unpleasant emotions. I am here to walk alongside you as you rediscover yourself and work through past trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, self worth or whatever struggles you are currently dealing with. I also specialize in working with children to help them through these struggles.


I use a variety of evidenced-based therapy models to assist you in your healing journey including: EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT strategies, IFS, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, expressive arts and strengths-based therapy. One size doesn't fit all, so I aim to be client centered so that we can find the modality that will work best for you.


It is important to feel safe, seen and heard. No matter what you have been through, YOU matter! I feel that strongly and want to support you on your healing journey. I enjoy working with all ages who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, perfectionism and grief. You don't have to go through this alone!
