THERAPY

We will focus on your specific needs and work together to decide how best to help you.

Empowering clients and helping them heal is our priority.

We can provide individual therapy for children, youth and adults.

THERAPY FOR CHILDREN

When children are having a hard time, it can impact all areas of their lives. We specialize in working with kids and their families.

We use play therapy to help them work through emotions, address trauma and improve self-worth.

TRAUMA
TREATMENT

“Trauma is perhaps the most avoided, ignored, belittled, denied, misunderstood, and untreated cause of human suffering" (Peter Levine).

We can help little ones, teens, adults and families who have experienced difficult life events.

We use EMDR, TF-CBT, play therapy and other evidence based models.

PARENTING
SUPPORT

This is easier said than done. You are not alone, we are here to help.

We use Child Parent Relationship Training, Trust Based Relationship Intervention and connection based approaches.
