My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. The perspectives I find most helpful come from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts, Sand Tray, Child Centered Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other mindfulness-based practices. My goal is to help my clients build insight, heal from past wounds, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you’re managing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, or working through relationship challenges, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel seen and empowered.
I believe therapy is not just about treating symptoms—it’s about understanding yourself, deeply—which can be done by building resilience and intentionally creating a life that aligns with your values. I believe that healing and growth are not just tasks to complete, or boxes to check.
