BROOKE WILLIS, LCSW
I’m glad you are here! Mental health matters, and sometimes we need help and support to get us to where we want to be. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, heard, valued and important. Your healing journey matters, and I would love to help you along the way. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, family struggles, trust difficulties or the effects of trauma, I’m here to help. We can work together to decide what treatment will be most helpful for you, and we can adapt along the way. You deserve to find relief, hope and healing!
I provide individual therapy for children, teenagers and adults, and I use research-based models, such as EMDR, play therapy, IFS, and DBT strategies. I work with children as well as their parents to help heal relationships and build connection. I also love working with post-adopt families and people who come from hard places.
I co-developed a group and curriculum called "Parenting the Traumatized Child," which focuses on kinship placements, foster parents and post-adopt caregivers. I have spent the last four years working with this population and have a soft spot in my heart for working with them and helping them find peace in their hearts and homes.
Life can be rough, and thankfully, we don’t have to deal with it on our own. If you could use some extra support, I’d be happy to talk to you about us working together!
